01 - I don't live in North Carolina. Can I still be a patient?
You must be physically located within the state of North Carolina during each visit you have with us. In the future we hope to expand our care to other states.
02 - Does Simone Medical take insurance?
At Simone Medical, your health and well-being are our top priorities. To provide the most individualized care possible, we have chosen not to bill, accept, or contract with any insurance providers. Payment is required at the time of service. Insurance often imposes restrictions that prioritize standardized, cost-effective treatments over personalized care. By remaining independent of insurance companies, Simone Medical can focus on delivering integrative, patient-centered solutions designed to help you achieve optimal wellness, not just manage symptoms. While we are classified as “Out-of-Network,” this enables us to maintain competitive pricing. Some patients utilize HSA/FSA funds for services; however, coverage may vary, and we encourage you to check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility.
