With over 20 years of experience working with patients, I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that obesity and hormone imbalances can have on overall health and quality of life. These experiences inspired me to explore functional medicine as a way to address these challenges, particularly when conventional approaches fall short. My own journey with hormone imbalance and weight gain has given me a deep understanding of the frustration and emotional toll these struggles can bring. Schedule your appointment above by pressing “Book Now” for the desired service.

You will be directed to our patient portal registration. Here you can fill out required forms, consents and enter payment information prior to your scheduled appointment.

If your virtual visit requires video, you will receive a link to connect at your scheduled time. Attend the session via any computer, tablet, or phone that is camera and microphone enabled.

Prior to your appointment, your credit card will be charged for your visit fee. After your visit, you will be charged the total amount agreed upon between you and the provider for your chosen program.

Your provider will send any prescriptions or lab orders following the visit, if indicated.
