HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE
Schedule your appointment above by pressing "Book Now" for the desired service.
STEP FOUR
All other services — you will receive a confirmation text one day before and the day of your appointment. We know things happen, if you are unable to make the appointment please cancel 24 hours before.
STEP TWO
You will be directed to our patient portal registration.
Here you can fill out required forms, consents and enter payment information prior to your scheduled appointment.
STEP FIVE
Prior to your appointment, your credit card will be charged for your visit fee. After your visit, you will be charged the total amount agreed upon between you and the provider for your chosen program.
STEP THREE
If your virtual visit requires video, you will receive a link to connect at your scheduled time. Attend the session via any computer, tablet, or phone that is camera and microphone enabled.
STEP SIX
Your provider will send any prescriptions or lab orders following the visit, if indicated.
